he is on the board or use to be. he has an intake & complete custom exhaust plus his interior was gutted (rollcage coming soon). first time we raced i had a bad knock sensor. so now it was time for a re-match. from about a 2nd gear roll we nailed it and i stayed with him side by side. he missed a shift one time and i dont need to say what happens when you miss a shift during racing. he is usually spraying 90 wet. but he had no juice. once agian im suprised considering his dyno#s compared to mine. i can feel the need for the VI runners at the end of 4th cause the revs dont drop anymore i.e. shifting. i cant imangine what my car is going to feel like once i drop in some juice of my own. anybody else ran with the new altys?

i barely did it. as soon as i left the dealer i got on it well a little. i just didnt do any hard shifting.

yeah gtr i tried to talk him out of putting a roll cage in his alty. i said " you have a nissan, now we have class ". but he insisted.

 

wait i can't hard shift? i thought i just couldn't hard launch .. damn

 

im talking like hard 1st to 2nd and no hard launches. that first week or so after its broken in is pure heaven though. ACT told me to "baby it" for 300 to 500 miles. i didnt do any thing different just no hard gear banging, i still drove fast.
