I was quoted $65 to replace the belts assuming I supplied the belts. I have the belts and wasn't able to get the idle tensioner loose this weekend. Is this a good price, or am I being taken for?!?!

Also..bought a 96 Dodge Avenger for the snow. Has 60k on it and the original timing belt. Should I replace it or can I wait to 100k? How much would this cost to do with the water pump and other belts as well?
