Have any of u max enthusiasts tried to clean your engine bay?

The idea poped up in my mind when I was cleaning my FSTB this past weekend. I wanted to use slightly wet towel or paper towels to wipe off the dusts but was afraid i might short circuit some wires.............any suggestions or tips on how to clean the engine bay?

I'd cover up the intake and battery >>

Then wet the motor while it's cold. Spray on some Simple Green, let sit for 10 minutes and rinse off. Use a soft brush and more Simple Green for those hard to clean spots.

Simple Green is a general-purpose cleaning solution. Should be available at your local Walmart or equivalent. Now Soylent Green, that's another story...
