Bayou Performance ecu?

Bayou Performance ecu?

Have you hear about this ecu upgrade? one guy in the third gen forum post that he heve it and its very good, they said that the gains will be:
HP gain (at the engine flywheel): 17 @ 4000 rpm
Torque gain: 23 @ 2500 rpm
Rev limit set @ 6500 rpm
The guy that have it said that tha gains that he felt are bigger than tha Y-pipe.
and only for 300 sounds pretty good!!!(the JWT its 600!!!)

Do you recomend it or one of you have made this mod??

its for the 3rd gen, but I'm very skeptical about it, heres the thread-->

I don't think any 4th gens have it either...and the one guy on here that has it stated that he had no access to dyno, so there is no proof that it makes more at the wheels than the Y! on their website its listed as $399 BTW. personally I'd stick with JWT, but if the $$$ is the issue go with JET at least they are more widely known and used...not sure of effectiveness though....I've heard a thing or two.....

Hey DA-MAX I email the people of bayou and they told me it will be 299 for the upgrade.
Can you tell me about the jet stuff? any link?

well, $200 is a good price...but personally I'd stick with the proven brand JWT. as for Jet, heres the link, look under Imports...
