XtraVisions have been out for a while now...along with the CoolBlues. Sylvania just came out with a new bulb called the SilverVision, you might want to check those out.

It's not called Silver Vision, It's Silver Star.

Hehe, I thought they were pills that one can put into the headlight casing and when they get warm poof you get color mist, causing the headlight color to change :-)

They are just regular bulbs that are sorted out due to the fact that they are on the high side of the +/-15% light output tolerance.

You're better off with the new SilverStars ($$$) or the Philips BlueVisions.

Yep, Xtravisions are just slightly higher output regular bulbs. Still regular bulbs as far as I'm concerned.

CoolBlue's are more white in color. Not much of a lighting upgrade, but at least not a downgrade in terms of light output unlike most aftermarket bulbs. Silverstar's are the newest ones, and are supposedly ~10%+ improvement in light output as well as being an excellent bulb.

I've been trying to locate Philips VisionPlus bulbs, actually...

Try here.

But, if you've got a 4th Gen, you're out of luck.
