Went to the Track

Went to the track today and ran a new best. This is only my second time going and it was very very hot (Florida) and I was experiencing a lot of wheel hop, something I didn't have problems with the last time.

First run:
ME- 15.674 @ 89.18mph (New Best)
vs Mustang GT- 13.600 @ 107.65

Second run:
ME_ 15.747 @ 89.85mph
vs NSX - 15.149 @ 97.29 (Don't know what was wrong with him since he only ran low 14s after that.

Third run:
ME- 15.761 @ 89.48mph
vs Ford Station Wagon - 16.664 @ 81.69 (He had a great RT of.551 vs my 1.208

There was only one other maxima there, 2002 Automatic that was running 15.2s all night. There was also a brand new Sentra SE-R Spec V that still had the temp tags running between 15.7 & 16.2.

Looks like your 60 foots are killing you. You're close to 90mph thru the 1/4 which means you should be able to hit some lower 15s.

Hot weather = bad times. I'm sure you will get much better times if the weather is cooler. I think you should be in the low 15s because you have a 5spd.
