IMO They should get rid of it altogether. You have guys in here like MaxVQ with only 55 posts and just got out of the "Newbie" title. He's the owner of www.motorvate.ca. Then you have guys in here that have thousands of posts (check sig) in a few months and is more newbie than anyone else around here.
