The I30 and I35

If and when nissan changes the Maxima, 2004 i belive, will Infiniti still have the I35? Because i keep hearing rumors about Maxima and a V8 and was curious if Infinti will keep the VE V6 we all love.

You know what he meant.

Anyways, the VQ30 in the I30 (say it with a snobbish British accent, eye thurty) has been upped to the VQ35 in the I35. The VQ will live on in some form or other, it's all over th Nissan/Infiniti lineup, but will the I35 stay?? I've heard rumours that Infiniti might kill it. That would be a mistake and a shame. It's not as fanciful as the new G35s,M45s,Q45s etc, but it's a great car, nonetheless. Don't kill the Maxima's better dressed cousin If I ever get tired of shifting my own gears, this would be that car I'd consider moving up to.

I was told a while back that the G35 was going to take the place of the I35. As we are seeing the new Maxima looking a little bit like the G35.

Probably for the US market, if any. The I35 is the real Maxima/Cefiro elsewhere and should have been so as well here in the US IMHO.

hopefuly nissan will keep the i35, that car IMO is one of the best designed cars. They can just kill the new M but keep the I!

dont u think the back of I35 looks similar to teh mazda millenia?
