How much does just a 5spd transmission weigh? I'm just wondering because I have to have mine delivered tomorrow, and I don't want to have them deliver it to my house with only my fiance there, she won't be able to move it, and I don't want to have it come to my work if I can't get it home in my trunk. Question 2: What should I inspect when I get the tranny? Anything in particular? I won't have everything I need for the swap for a little while longer, so I want to inspect everything to make sure the tranny is not damaged in anyway, since it comes with a 90 day warranty. If you are very mechanically inclined I would open it up to make sure all the pieces inside and most importantly the bearings, the synchros and gears are all in good shape.
