Need a general bill of sale contract that covers a basic “No Warranty” type clause and whatnot. It is for a friend selling his Prelude.

Should be a bunch on the internet. Just need to incorporate the date, time, mileage, VIN #, parties names and say it is sold in "as-is condition with no express or implied warranties of any kind." Make sure both parties sign it and each of you keep a copy. That's pretty much what every Bill of sale has. Otherwise my rate is about $50 to draft one for you.

Go about 1/4 down the page, there's a used car bill of sale form there that you can download, its an excel file.

 

if you have microsoft word you can go online and download templates from microsoft for free. i have office xp and i believe you can get them for 2000 as well.
