about to buy used PRCAI from allgo on this board....anybody have problems with that?

he seems real cool but before i rush and lose 100 bucks just want to make sure he has no bad rep on this board...can't keep up with everyone u know...if you guys can, post info about him as far as bad things he may be capable of...if nothing comes up then i'll do a paypal with him if he willing to accept
