Run in with a Mercedes Benz CL55 tonight.
On my way home from work tonight this guy in a Mercedes CL55 makes it quite apparent that he wants to have some fun...
We're heading south on Rt. 9 and it's pretty clear (11:00 PM)...
So we both slow down to try and catch a red light...
We line up and I decide to run him OFF the bottle to try and keep wheelspin to a minimum...
Light turns green and he jumps about a half car on me...
We keep going until about 80mph and he gets me by 1 car...
Next red light comes and we line up again...
I roll down the window and tell him "nice car but i'm gonna get you this time." He smirks.
Light turns green and he jumps about a car on me immediately cuz I'm spinning like a bietch (ON Nitrous this time)...
I shift to second and the tires eventually grab, I immediately pull even with him by 60mph and by the time i shift out of 3rd @ almost 100mph I have an easy 3-4 cars on him.
It was a steady pull from 60mph to 100mph...
Gotta love that 100 shot!

i run up and down rt 9 almost every night, sometimes i run into howell. actually i did tonight. pretty late though, lookin for ricers but havent found many lately. its SO boring.

Are you sure it was a CLK55?? Those cars run 13.7 in the quarter mile. You having 3-4 car lenghts on that car seem a bit far fetched? Maybe it was a CLK430 with the AMG appearance package.

CL55 0-60MpH: 5.7 seconds
With a 100-shot he could easily take a CL55 by 3 cars.
