It's amazing how many meets are popping up across the Country.. The first meet I ended up(picked up the ball from another vet DC member) planning in the DC area was in '97 that had at least a month and a half of advertising on the Maxima Mailing list that yeilded ~7 maxima's!! Now our minimum number of Maxes at a local meet with only a week notice in 50 degree weather is ~8 maxima's.

I've been scrolling thru the local area BBS's and there are meets everywhere all the time which is great!!! I have a feeling in 2001 that the next Large meet(whether on the East, West or Midway) will net 100 maxima's!! Hopefully every meet in 2001 gets full participation from our members!! Keep the meets comming!!!

That's one of the things I love about this group. Everyone is so willing to meet, compare rides, and do a little light modding.....
