This might be a stupid question (with an answer I could not find in presvious post), but I don't want to mess anything up. Got a carbonfiber dash kit from Alkaplus and it is as stiff as a board. Will it "soften-up" when I use the hair dryer on it to adhere the peices to the dash? Also, any tips for a clean install? Thanks for the help...

Yes heat it up real good almost where you can't hold it and it will adhere real good. Clean the dash with a cleaning solvent then dry off with a lint free cloth I used a Swiffer and clean with a paper towel and rubbing alcohol then let it air dry and install and you should be set take your time and you should be set. I just installed Thursday a Joshua Tree Real Alumium Dash Kit,I got off of ebay for $107.50 plus $15.00 S&H HEHE!!!!!

Umm, I think so. I wasn't aware that there was a difference. Mine looks alot like yours, but not exacly -- you have a more bright/silver in it. Where did you get yours. Mine is from Alakaplus -- got it there because they let me order the pieces from the kit that I wanted, JT did not and it seems that people here have been happy with the Alkaplus product.
