Wheel offset for maxima and passat

i was wondering if wheels for a max would fit on a 2002 passat.. thanks.......

NO...Passat takes a 5x112 (Maxima is 5x114.3)

i thought so.. i got an offer for my wheels but the guy has a passat. Thankss
