Cost a lot more then $40, my diamonds were stolen almost two years ago, when they were rarer, the a$$ who stole them pulled the wires out took the sockets, and also managed to put two nice tears in my bumper, and they were NOT even bolted in..

electro-shock therapy

I wired a high voltage discharge unit to custom chrome edging that goes around my clear corners. It is activated when the alarm is on. Some sucker tries taking my clears will get a jolt strong enough to knock them unconscious. That way I get to meet my perpetrator in person, only I have the advantage of being awake.

The look of the would-be clear corner thief when he wakes up, tied to a street lamp without any clothes on: PRICELESS.

I had the same dilemma when I bought mine on a few weeks ago. Decided not to for that reason. Either way your gonna pay cause they'll either break them trying or damage your car.

Mine are not bolted in and this is the reason I hesitate to bolt them in. I would rather lose my $40 clears than have someone wreck my bumper trying to get them out or get pi$$ed and vandalize my car.

My alarm is very sensitive, I think it might go off if someone tries to unscrew my clears. I was also thinking about hooking an extra trigger wire my alarm has up to my clears so when they are removed the alarm goes off, has anyone tried this?
Hi,
get a 2 stage shock sensor or proximity sensor.

Duct Tape works wonders. Wrap it around the ball joint thingy and pop it in. They'll never fall off and when you need to take them out they pop out easily...
