http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1833534534

If I had to guess I would say it is crap but I just thought I would ask about it. Sounds like it tricks the air intake temperatue sensor, I think the Focus guys got good gains with something like this. Would it do anything for us?

sounds like an MSD Variable Timing Controller, but then again the MSD unit doesn't utilize any temp sensors....personally I think its BS...no pics, crappy and VERY vague description, $9.99 starting bid...

Variable resister installed inbetween the coolant temp and ecu. It may advance the timing but the a/f ratios in relation to the timing tables will be off. Watch out for the massive timiing pullback by the detonation sensor.

This is BULL ****!!!

DO NOT BUY IT!

I personally tested this on a dyno using a $2.00 10k potentiometer and it did not work. The ECU uses MAF readings to adjust fuel and timing, not the temp sensors.

What a crock of ****
