I want to read my older messages in my inbox (private messasges) but it won't let me. It says I old messages but I can't seem to bring them up. Anyone else have this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

theres an option that ask you to view either sent messages or recieved. maybe choose the one you havent selected yet

 

When I'm in the main page it says I have "13 old messages" but when I try to retrieve them it comes up as
"There are no messages to display in this folder for this time period"

I want to try and read the old messages but it won't let me.

I've tried everything I can think of. Is there a mediator that can help? Thanks again.

 

Ok let me try this again, when you are at that screen where it says

"There are no messages to display in this folder for this time period"

look at the lower left corner where it says "jump to"- choose either inbox or sent, and click go, that will show you all the old stuff

 

That's what I've been trying also and it doesn't work. I guess I have a screwed up system.

 

I guess something weird is going on here sorry I tried

 

Click on profile, then edit options. Look down near the bottom. The default thread view may only be set to 10 days. Set it to either default form or make it 100+ days. Then go back to your private messages and the old ones will show up.
