Aftermarket rims and lugs

anyone have a problem with stripping of the stud sockets when people take off your rims? its driving me insane...i realize that a little bit of it is going to happen but the last guy to take off one of my rims not only stripped the socket but a little bit of the outside of the rim too

would aftermarket lugs take care of this problem?? are they more stable when taking them off with an air wrench?

are aftermarket lugs smoother when you're taking them off?
