Emptying mailbox. Where do I click??
Sorry to take your time. I am attempting to empty my mail box and cannot seem to find the proper area to click on.Several days ago I sent an e-mail asking assistance but have not received an answer yet Am I missing something? Thanks.

if you have old PM
you must go into your profile preferences and set the Default Thread View to something longer than the default 30 days. they will magically reappear and you can delete them.
