VI Mods

Would someone be so kind as to give me some info on prices and overall basics of this mod? I know it is supposed to help high end HP but besides that, don't know much more. Where can I get this done?

5th gens already have a variable intake manifold (vi) you won't need one that mnod is for use 4th gen people.
