If you like 17 x 7 Wheels

Check here;

They've got the biggest selection I've come across. Really good prices, too.

Why 17x7 and not 18x8? Are they cheaper, because 18x8 is not very expensive. All German cars seem to have 18's form the factory now just like they had 17's in the early 90's. 19's seem to be optional, at least on BMW. I have 18's and like them. And no, my car is not 2 seconds slower to 60!

Yep, that's what we get living in a GTech fantasy....

Too bad the new M3 can only do 4.9 to 60. If only the engineers would have kept 17's it'd be 4.5. Suppose the 19's put the 60 times into the 5's? pleez

Were not talking about the M3 here. Were talking about a car that only puts out 190HP. With the beastly power the M3 has + RWD, It's probubly an advantage to use big wheels.

Coming from a 15-16" rim to a heavy 18" rim for a light little 3.0 190HP v6 like ours does alot to slow you down. Since the Maxima is such a light car (relitively speaking), heavy 18's are going to effect it ALOT more then say, an F-150 Lightning. Get my point?

Ummm...those M3 wheels are a forged wheel (ie very light). Yes, typical 17+ rims will slow you down. Do a comparison between a Maxima running stock 15s (40lbs) and a Maxima running garden variety 17s (45-50lb combo) and I guarentee the Maxima running 15s will post a better 60', quicker ET, and faster MPH. .2-.4 of a second might not seem like a lot to people, but when you're paying $300 for a Y-pipe that gains you .2-.3, WHY IN THE HELL would you want a set of rims that completely offset the gains of the y-pipe

If lightweight rims weren't so important in performance, why do all race cars (road and drag) all run extremely light rims? Lightweight rims = better handling, better braking, better acceleration, better ride.
