For the doors: Undo the screw at the bottom of the tray in the door (under the cap). Then pop off the trim piece around the door handle (may require some effort with a few screwdrivers). Then pop off the round plug looking thing up by the mirror (on the inside). Undo that screw. Finally, find the notch in the bottom, insert hand and pull really hard. The door pad will come off.
[WARNING]There is no way to run your own speaker wire into the front doors. The rubber boot that goes into the front doors has a connector (with pins and all that jazz). You will have to get creative (or drill a few holes).[/WARNING]
For the dash: Yank out the vents (again pull really, really hard) You'll see two screws at the top. Take out the liner of your ashtray. Undo the screw at the bottom of it. You should be able to pop the lower peice with the flashers and lighter loose now. You'll see two more screws. Undo all four screws (upper and lower) then you can take out the whole console. Unhook the wires from the back and you should be good to go.
