Please help me properly shim my transmission

I have a 95 Maxima with a manual transmission that I am having rebuilt. However, I don't have the FSM manual to tell me wich size shims to use. Too be safe I will order two of each, but I need to have a chart of some sort to compare the preload measurement to. If anyone has this chart and can give me this information I will be VERY appreciative. Thank you.
