Hey
juss wanted to get your opinions on the JWT one side metal one side organic clutch. How does the pedal feel? how much horsepower are you running on that clutch? thanks for the input!!

I just got the ACT clutch set installed. HDMM (Heavy duty pressure plate with modified stock-type organic disk). Holds ~360 ftlbs torque (plenty). After two days of driving it, I can say that:
- Pedal effort is a little more than stock but not much.
- Engagement is quick...not much room to slip
- Engagement occurs right after max. travel...come off the pedal and it engages right now! - may be only a peculiarity of my car
- Relatively smooth engagement
- Requires more throttle input to get a smooth start
This clutch holds noticeably better than stock. I'm waiting to "beat on it" until 500 miles or so, but I can definitely tell I'll be able to launch much harder with it. It's a pretty user-friendly clutch, though, for being as beefy as it is. So far, so good.
I guess I recommend the ACT clutch also, although I don't have much experience as of yet.
Don't get a metal clutch. Way overboard for your needs, unless you only plan on running on the track...engagement will be terribly un-smooth. Really, a beefed up pressure plate and mild friction disk like the ACT HDMM will provide relatively smooth engagement but a big torque capacity increase. I imagine that's what you're looking for.
