I know Shingles was looking to get the Hella Micro DE fogs. Just how much will that help fill in the low beam pattern? Would this be used in conjunction with the factory fogs also? How about a set of the Hella driving lights instead of fogs (DE Xenon)? I also read on some site that most driving lights aren't legal for use with low beams in all 50 states. Here's the link to that. All this talk about lighting made me take a closer look at my friend's 96 Talon. He uses 9006 bulbs in his low beams. They are quite blue (don't actually help vision too much) and run at 85W, but it seems like his beam pattern is still much better than mine is with PIAA 9004 and stock H3 (one of my PIAA H3s went out) and he didn't even have his fogs on. I'm jealous.

Well, I believe the law, depending on where you are, is no more than 4 points of illumination. Or something like that... SO, having headlilghts, oem fog, and driving all on at the same time is illegal.
The Micro DE is technically fog lights, but they beam pattern is so wide and flat, that I am sure they will be better than even stock headlights. What will probably happen is that you will have a flat wide pattern for probably up to 30-40 feet infront, and then two spots that extend a little futher out, those being headlights.
Hella Micro Xenon DE would be awesome... but I am sure they would over power your stock lights.
Installation: if it was me, I'd yank out the oem fogs and put them in that same location. bTW, if you get aftermarket driving lights, it should be easy to aim even at that low of a location. DRiving lights have pencil beams, very narrow and focused points of illumination. Should you could do that... ofcourse unless you buy the Micro Xenon de, than all is good.
BTW here's a picture of my crx hid's. Same location, as you can tell from the drain hole etc. Was a different night though. You can see the cut offs are clearly defined with the 9006 housing. also towards the middle of the picture, there's a notch on the beam patten, that's to help not blind on coming drivers. BTW, my pictures are strictly beam patterns on the floor. I wished I could somehow capture the light in 3D with them... simply AMAZING.

What do you mean by overpower? Would it actually be a bad thing for the Micro Xenon DEs to overpower the stock lights seeing as the stocks are so crappy anyways? Any ideas on pricing for both the Micro DEs and Xenon Micro DEs and where I could get them? Thanks for posting those pics, btw. It's kinda funny....when I look at the pics, I pretty much saw nothing but black with the PIAAs and the Phillips. But with the HIDs in your CRX, I can actually see a bright white spot and make out little details in the road. I guess it's a testament to how effective HIDs really are....

Nah overpowering is not a bad thing, what I meant was that you'd probably only see the outputs of the DE's...
Pricing, I donno... I know the Micro DEs are about $149 a pair from http://catalog.com/susq/index.htm. The Xenons, i donno... probably $600+.
