Headers for sale, from 4th to 5th gen..

I acquired this link just now, and they seem to have the headers for sale right now. They are ceramic headers, and are said to gain between 12-14hp..

There's also a stainless steel version..

Oh Geez, its the OBX again.

Guess the pics explain the HP gains - it's probably mostly the Y-pipe.

Here we go again I will call or email that site tonight or tomarrow and see if they actually have them yet.

The pictures are for a I4 not a V6 maxima, of course.

I called OBX a few months ago and they said the headers will be available in 2 months. BTW these are just headers and not a header Y-pipe setup. I'm willing to give them a shot if I can ever get my hands on them.

These are the obx headers for the maxima. The picture is obviously not for the max. obx says the 4th gen headers should be ready in about 6 weeks. and the 5th gen headers even longer.

It's been known that headers do almost nothing for the maxima. Our stock headers are well desinged for good flow.. It only benefits smaller vehicles like civics, integras, 4cyl cars....
If it comes with the y-pipe attatched, then that's how they get the 12-14hp. If it's just the headers, then it's bullcrap

well, mister "E" got the brute force of 1hp from his old headers... Lets just say our exhaust is pretty much supported by the aftermarket already, we dont need the "extra" power

so why then would we want to spend money on something that is supposed to increase power but doesn't? Seems kind of ricey. Money would be better spent on buying more gtr emblems buddy.
