Need part number for an adapter

I already posted this in the Audio forum and have gotten no response so far, so I'm trying it here too. Moderators please bear with me because I have spent a couple of hours using the search and have found nothing.

I just installed aftermarket everything in my 95 GLE (stereo wise). My cousin has a 95 Pathfinder. I wanted to give him my H/U which is a Bose. He currently has the bottom of the line non-bose model in his truck.

Can someone please give me the part number, where to get, and approx. price for the adapter to make the H/U work in his truck?

I read somewhere a long time ago of someone doing this exact thing and it working. Any info would be greatly appreciated ASAP since we have his stuff taken apart and want to finish. Thank you in advance.

I really appreciate the speedy response, but no dice. I looked and the 3 they have all are to integrate the factory to aftermarket or aftermarket to factory. I'm trying to install my factory bose out of my max into the factory harness of a Pathfinder (non-bose).

I'm starting to think it may not be possible in the first place. I still say that I read this same conversion here on the org a long time ago.
