What do you think of Philips All-Weather bulbs (or are they called all-weathervision). Anyways, it's the yellow ones.

Do you think they would make good foglight bulbs?

For fogs, yes... for driving lights no. Under some conditions, yellow lights do subjectively improve poor weather vision. BUT unless you live in an area where it fogs often, I wouldn't go that route. Since the maxima headlight is pretty bad(4th gen and below), I'd get regular bulbs and use the oem "fogs" as driving lights.

They are pretty UGLY looking ...

The color is a DARK yellow with tints of purple and green!
Piaa Ions or Hella yellow stars would do a better job!

Would be good IF ...

They made PBV in H3!!! to My Knowledge they don't exist, cuz H3's are ONLY for FOG/Driving Lights!!!!

I just got Piaa Platinum Superwhites!!! But gonna be switching over to HELLA YellowStars!!!

Quite frankly ... even Crappy EUROLITE's for Fogs are gonna be OK!!!!

Actually, Philips website says Bluevisions come in almost all the sizes, including H3.

Shing, did you see H3 BV's at KMart?

Philips indeed has bluevision for H3s. go to http://www.autooptiks.com. They are $35 for the pair though. I don' think kmart would carry the h3s as they are not common like the 9004s. I'd say http://www.autooptiks.com is your best bet.

More than likely no, but the fact taht BVs are cheaper, might be reason enough to go for them.
