We are planning an all Nissan Open House at the Race shop in early May. After early May all the race cars and show cars are on the road. Besides a shop tour of the Race Fabrication Facility, we will have a number of the cars there.

We do not normally open up this side of the shop, but felt it would be a great time.

Yes there will be catering. I need to get an idea of what you would like to see/do and number of people interested.

Thanks and regards

I would love to go,

but I don't live in the NE anymore. If I did go, I'd like to see mini-detailing classes, rides in some of your cars( or a nominal fee of course) Contests like best detailed, Most outragous mods, stuff like that. Wish I could be there....

Re: I would love to go,

Great suggestions! We can some rides in some of the street legal cars. Detailing classes I can easilly do and also demo stuff on peoples cars. We have limited parking, but will figure it our. Contests are a possibility, but the Z Car Club of New England has a big show every year that includes of Nissan's. It is a judged National Event.

Thanks and Regards

Re: still to early to talk about

Correct - but we need to start as a company making plans on this. The Z community plus the Maxima's will make for a lot of cars. We also have schedule the shop carefully around that time to have room. We have 10k Sq FT in the race shop but have three+ race cars in there at all times, plus customer cars + any number of my cars. So scheduling somewthing we are working on now. We are already booking both the race shop and the body shop well into next year.

I do though agree with your point. Before we start finalizing arrangements, we need to see if there is interest.

Thanks and regards

I'm there. Maybe you can install a mod on one car so that others can see how it's done. Maybe like suspension or someting. This is something that alot of people are afraid to do themselves (including myself). Maybe if it was seen in person, it would help. Just a thought.
