UPDATE!

Alright guys, now I need to know the following information from each prospective buyer of the Hyperground kit:

1)First name or .org user name
2)If you're in the state of California
3)Type of payment you'd like to use (money order, certified check, personal check, credit card [3% fee via paypal], etc).

Please email this info to kis_ev@hotmail.com
The sooner the better, so we can finally get this deal off the ground.

Fed Ex Ground only?

Kevin, I live in Hawaii, and I don't think that Fed Ex Ground is an option. Would you be able to Priority Mail it here? If you are able to accomodate that, I would be interested in a silver kit. Also, you mention tax...is it if you only live in California?

Yes, all California orders have to be taxed. I hate tax, but it's honest. I think USPS priority is not much more than Fed-Ex ground...the kits only weigh 3-4 lbs or so.

Ok guys, I got your emails and the deal is ready to go. Here's what's going to happen.

Personal checks, money orders, certified checks:
please send your payments to:
Kevin Wong
17072 Courtney Lane
Huntington Beach, Ca 92649

Paypal
Send through paypal to kis_ev@hotmail.com

Please include your name, address, maxima.org username, and color and quantitiy desired. I have most of your information, but because people have the freedom to change their minds, I just thought better safe than sorry.

Price breakdown:
$118 shipped if out of California, if Paypal add 3% total $121.54
$122 shipped if inside California, if Paypal add 3% total $125

I'm going to wait 2 weeks for the payments, but I'll start sending the kits out once I receive at least 15 payments.

Payment is on the way

Kev,

I am sorry I could not send you a snail mail since I am in Detroit while I left my checkbook at home in Milwaukee.

Regardless, you will receive a Paypal notification within minutes from now. Funny, I just got back from Huntington Beach (my auntie lives there) about 3 weeks back.

Looking forward to receive the cables.

I really encourage money orders, certified check, and personal check. Paypal is alright, but I like receiving mail

Sorry I couldn't get the deal off any sooner, both the distributor and the manufactuer were out of stock for the silver kits. Between the both of them they only had 18 silver kits. They just received more from the mother company in Japan.

One more update:
I have pictures of my engine with the grounding points chosen by a professional tuner. I'm trying to get them uploaded, but if anyone wants to help me, that'd be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure it's the same as on my 97. The overall engine is the same (intake, manifold, block, battery, are all located in the same locations)....still a FWD VQ. I'm still trying to get the pics up on a site. If all else fails, I'll just email you guys the pics individually until someone hosts them.

Posting picture

Kev,

I have an access to webpage, but it will take me up to this weekend to get it uploaded. I am in Detroit right now..and I will be posting it once I am back in Milwaukee (this weekend is my arrival time).

If no takers until Thursday night, pm me and I will send you my e-mail address. Then, it should be able to post the pic by Sunday night.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm still not sure how many will snail mail it, but I'm hoping we have at least, if not more than 30 orders.

I appreciate your graditude. This deal really wasn't too hard to organize. I'm glad its working out so far.

Thanks,

Sounds good everyone. I'd like to know who else plans on sending their payment through the mail, who'd still like to use paypal, and who still wants in. It's not too late. I just want to make sure we hit 30 orders. I'm going to send to first bunch of 15 out on Friday. For those that are in the Socal area and are planning to go to the Stillen Day event, I can give you the wire kits there...save on shipping, and we can install them on the street. (takes 15 minutes tops).

Oh yes, someone asked for the thickness...it looks like 4 gauge to me.

Kev, I forgot to ask before.. Does instructions come with the kit? Like where to put the wires on a 5thGen?
