I got my tracking number too, with delivery tomorrow.

I had 23 people claim they were in on the deal, so we should have no problem getting 15 orders at some point. Thanks for hooking us up early.

So actually we only had 13 people in the group deal but I still put it through so you all did not have to wait any longer. If you did not receive a tracking number yet call our customer service dept at 1-800-806-5798.

Greg, i was the declined Card, and i don't understand what the problem was, i ordered from you last week and got in on the straight pipe GD, and i had plenty of money in my account ,it's a check card, my banks system was down all monday, which is when you tried, but since you said you can't try again for the reason from your credit provider, i already have my money order in the mail, express mail, should get to you today or tomorrow, I've talked with one of your C.S. reps and they said sometimes with some check cards you have problems with the authorization code, but i've ordered from you multiple times on the same card......oh well, just as long as i get my confirm by the end of the week
i got my Red/Clears in today. They look awesome!!.. i was very glad to see they are OEM taillamps and not cheesy immitations.

My tails are on a UPS truck, on the way. It is weak that people would sign up and not have the $$ to back, but it is just like ebay I guess, bidding and not paying.
I think these tails will advertize for CM.com in this area, I think KC only has like 2 sets of R/C in the metro. So I will tell people where to get them.

I got my Red/Clear Tails two days ago and I am very pleased with how they look.
It is sad how ppl would say they are in but back out at the last minute. This is not the first time it happened to Greg. I was in the RT Cat GD that Greg had and some ppl bailed out. The cool part was that Greg still sent out the cat converters.

i was thinking about what kind of bulbs i should use for my new set up. 1157 hyper-red or hyper-white for the top red half?, the only thing is that polarGs are rated at 21/5 watts not 27/8 W like they're supposed to be. hyper-amber 1156 (27W) for the clear turn signal, Hyper white W2 bulb for the reverse, and a 194 red LED for the rear side marker..i want the red to look bloody red..i mean really bright red.. how can i achieve that?..i hear LED are not very good in the daytime.. so i might stay away from LED's except for the little side marker.

Yeah, i wasn't worried about it. I didn't realize that the corner clearance light was removed in these red/clears, too.... it looks much better without that red part in the bottom corner of each light.
Thanks for providing those of us too lazy to clear out our own tails another option. Another option besides altezzas, I mean. I have nothing against altezzas, but something tells me they scream to every cop here in Alabama "hey, i'm a punk, pull me over".

Mine should be here tomorrow or Tuesday. No corner clearance light annoys me actually (Hiroshi here in SoCal does the clear inserts shorter which I like to retain the corner light), but I'm lazy too.

I shipped the broken light back to you and it should have arrived before christmas. I'm sure there has been some delay because of the holidays, but i'd like to know the status of my rma. I have emailed you and Dave several times, but haven't gotten any responses. Please email me with a shipping number if my tail light has been shipped, I'm anxious to be able to install them.

Just a thought. My packaging was fine. The box wasn't damaged and there were no signs of any impact trauma. It seems like it was damaged before it was shipped. But who knows?
On another note, I just got off of the phone with Steve and he let me know what was going on and was a pleasure to deal with. You guys seem to be on-point with the customer service.

Your right, the boxing was in great shape which was confusing. Our crew who makes the lights assured me that they were not broken when they were packaged. Reguardless I will make sure you guys get brand new lights and each of you are satisfied.
