This is a group buy for the red/clear taillights that Custom Maxima sells to match the clear back-up lights on the trunk. This is a continuation from the original thread, but dedicated to the red/clears themselves. They are Nissan OEM assemblies with the orange portion replaced with clear.

They will be shipped for free if we have at least ten buyers. Less than ten, normal shipping applies. Not sure what normal shipping is, but I believe it's something like 15 dollars.

The purpose of this thread is to see who is interested in this specific group deal, not to argue about specific products or advertising. Sorry for the late reply, I was gone for the weekend and had no access to the .org. Anyway to answer your question. After we get the people we need. We will all need to pay Greg for the lights. When he has all 15 orders they will be sent out. I don’t know, but I would guess shipping at longest would be 7-10 days. The biggest factor is how fast we all pay. If we all pay by CC the same day they will go out the next. The longer people wait to pay, the longer before we get our lights. Not sure about every body else, but I plan to pay as soon as we get the numbers we need.

 

So if 14 people pay and one backs out we gotta pay the extra money, and if people lack payment we get screwed.....

 

Well I’m not setting the prices and can’t say what Greg would do in that situation. That is how the other race pipe group deal was run, but I would have to ask him specifically about this one to assure you that is how it would work. I can e-mail him a get back to you when he replies if you like.

I guess if we all want this thing done we could all pay the $160 and have a 3 person cushion(for people to backout) I think we have 13 people. This is if those who like me, said 15+ orders, would agree on the 10+ price. $10 might make a difference to some however.

But then again I have waited a year so far.

The process of building this list has been slow but it continues to climb. Only being two people away from 15, I would think we could still get 15. Yet we’re only talking saving another 10 bucks with 15 as opposed to 10.
