Is the brown a dark or light brown? I have tan leather and want an insert thats darker then the leather.

Are they full cloth replacements like leatherseats.com sells? Or are they just just slide over covers? Leather or vinyl? Either way let me know when you get them ready, I am more than willing to be your first customer. Also a price would be nice.

I am planning production of leather covers similar to Leathers.com with more design varieties. But for now the "sliding" 2 tone seat covers are made of high quality leather like "vynal" for affordability reasons ($195 for 10pcs. including door inserts). Althogh Nismo has promissed to post the pictures here I can email you prototype samples if interested. HenrikGal@Aol.com

I am probably going to buy one of the two for you, but if the difference isn't much between leather and vinyl, naturally I will go with leather. Also the vinyl is a perfect fit right, not generic? Even if leather is double the cost, I'd pay it. Basically let me known if it's going to be under $500 shipped for the leather, in which case I'll take it. If it's not, I'll take the vinyl. I'll probably order sometime next week, but don't worry I don't need it by Christmas (and from your first post I don't think you'll have them by Christmas).

For those who are interested, "You don't" have to remove your existing cloth inserts. These go on top in few minutes.
The $19.99 is for all 4 doors and available in many colors. (The easy to follow Installation guide is also included in the kit).

And since they wont be available till January, I'll have enough money by then to get them. You always have perfect timing.

Question: It says "HS" on the seats. What does that mean? Could I get my initials, or "SE" or "MAXIMA"? And another thing, the covers seem to have a lot of "wrinkly" creases in them. Are those permanent, or did the guy just not install them right? Could they be ironed out?

 

Maxed Up forget that last post of mine, after seeing them I'm more interested in the leather. Let me know when you get a rough estimate in pricing, I'd like to get them ASAP but I have until after Christmas to find a nice set. Let me know if you can get dark red / black leather (preferably with red stitching).

Actually these are not "the" seat covers I had in mind. Those are universal one's imported from Taiwan and I was kind of playing around.
The design I have in mind (and already in the works) is similar but with much better quality. (also custom fits 4th gen Maximas).
I am considering leather also, if I can keep the cost around $500.

BTW, PLEASE update us when those 2-tone tan/black vinyl seat covers become available, I definatally want in on that. And do you think you'll still have door inserts around then? I want to buy it all at once.

The 10% or $2/set is almost the same as 50% of the proceeds/profit which is almost $5 (50% of $5 is $2.50... Anyways I don't intend to make a big profit on these, just help .org and it's members anyway I can.
BTW, I sell these inserts for $39 on 240sx/Altima and Sentra sites.

Will you be able to get custom color seats? I would like black over ruby (dark red) seats, the ruby in the center where the tan is now, and I'll pay whatver extra it costs. Ruby stitching would be nice too if it's possible. I can Paypal you as soon as you let me know it's a go.
