count me out now. Too much of an iffy thing to wait for. I just got one off of ebay for $32.00...Probably not as nice looking and cost an extra few bucks...oh well I have no patience =)

Save your money and get the RSB and not the RSTB. The RSTB does nothing, but looks cool.

well who sells front and back strut bars now? These are the ones that are underneath the car correct? Also what are the top braces for the front and back called? Does anyone make those as well?

The Front Strut Bar (FSTB) is under the hood and run from one strut tower to the other. The Rear Strut Bar (RSTB) is located in the trunk right behind the seats that also conect the two strut towers together. The Rear Sway Bar (RSB) is under the rear of the car.

Most likely it wont fit. i have a 99.5 also and bought one and the guy was like yeah it should fit no problem. Sure it fit fine after 30 minutes with a hack saw. The bracket was alot easier to remove with my dremel. Also that bracket is not needed it was there because of the redesigned 5th gen air filter box
