since youve gone through all of this, the least the guy can do is send you a new one the same time youre sending it back to him to speed up the process, or even 2 day it over to you or something while youre sending back the bent one
i feel your pain raf2kmax and not to take sides but my supplier tells me he actually lost money in this group deal with shipping involved, although no sides fault (distributor's fault) he's still fighting to see if they can pay for shipping charges since it is their fault.

ny96max, i sent u back an email bro and i'm putting you on the list, just update me when your money is ready.

raf2kmax, let me know when you see jeff, and in the mean time i'll be looking for a price on a shock and also seeing if Shaun can do some type of complaint through UPS or uSPS for damaging the item through shipping, that might save us all but might be the longest process...

i talked to him about that and he's preparing them this week, he had the info at his job and he doesnt work weekends. He's also hoping those that paid that havent sent him info on how much they paid for shipping send it to him soon or he'sjust gonna send them an average price of how much it cost to ship.

Raf2kmax, i told him about your situation and he said he spoke to u. He didnt package them to the past condition but he did package them and shocks are made strong, to have a bend like the one u mentioned must have been tremendous misuse by UPS or USPS, whoever the delivery company was. He said it really has nothing to do with him because he did ship it out in good condition. IF you need to he would help get the info and help u get whatever the money is worth on the shocks but he's not responsible for the condition the supplier leaves them in. I also agree with him but know u went through tremendous bullsh*t with the wait.

Give me an update on whether u can use that shock or not and if not i'll buy you one so u dont have to wait to get your shocks installed but we'll also contact the shipping company and see if i can get money back for the shock that was damaged.

Shipping Refund

Has anyone gotten their shipping refund yet?

I sent mine back COD.. Apparently my check was lost in the mail. Contacted the Post office, they said I should contact the store to verify it wasn't deposited and replace the check.
I finally managed to speak to Shaun on IM.. He verified that the check went out, but was never deposited. He basically told me I'm $hit out of luck.. They lost money in the deal so he didn't want to replace the check..
Its only $30 but now I am paying $30 more for my AGX's...

yea this dude isnt answering my emails either. I dont know what to say or do. I would give everyone a refund since i organized the whole thing but it would put me back 300 dollars if not more. If you guys want to contact someone of higher authority to do something about this please feel free to. I have no power in this since we are in the opposite side of the country and i didnt buy any shocks from him, only organized it for him...

once again, i apologize for the BS some of u went through.

guys, i'm real sorry about that, he complains about losing too much money through the group deal and that his boss (i thought he was owner of shop ) told him not to send any refund checks. I thought he was cool but it seems he's not what i thought he was, needless to say a good gd turned bad. There are a few people trying to make a federal business action against his company, not sure if they went through with it or not, although 20 bucks lost is not a lot of money, but its the principal that eggs me.

Look, all the problems with KYB GD's I have experienced were KYB's fault. THey gave my company lots of problems with every big deal we ran. In your fiery rage against whoever you are going after I suggest that you throw some molotov's at KYB as well....
