wrong pedal?

i just got my pedals but they're aluminum instead of the chrome that i ordered. is there a big difference, appearance-wise, between the 2? i got mine for the same deal but not in this GD.

for those of u that have it installed, how did u install it? i screwed all the screws and they all held for a while but now only the dead pedal and the gas pedal have stayed and i didnt screw the pedal to the gas pedal, just used the clamps...

i used the 3 provided screw for the dead pedal... i jus forced it into the floor and it stays. for the brake and gas pedals i only used the clamps... and they seem to stay strong.
