Anybody haven't problem contact ssautochrome? I paypaled them 10 days ago and still haven't received mine pedals. I tried to e-mail them but no answer yet. Anybody has their phone number?

Well,I paypal them last night and I already received my Fedex tracking # today.You might want to check with paypal and see if anyone got your money yet.

I think I stated this ealier, some people get tracking #'s some don't for some reason. can you email or pm me your shipping info and I will contact the vendor for you. Last I heard all pedals were shipped last MOnday/Tuesday and you should be receiving them.

Hmm. I haven't gotten mine yet. I emailed SSautochrome
to make sure they got my money order but they didn't
respond yet. I live in Wisconsin but it shouldn't take
a week to ship them across half of the country.

Well, I just got mine today. They look sweet and they went on nicely with no real problems. One thing that isn't right is that the top left clip on the gas pedal doesn't have enough room to swing under the existing pedal. Anyone else have this problem? Did you find a way around it? There seems to be some square piece of rubber underneath. Not a big deal cuz the pedal cover is secure on there.

I got mine pedals but they were the wrong one. I got the automatic but they sent me the starndard one. What a pain in the a**! I already emailed them back. This sucks!!!!!!!!!!

Mine is a chrome manual. SSchrome emailed me back and I have to pay for shipping to send it back to them. I guess the pedals are at good price but their customer service sucks. I am debating where I should send it back or try to sell it....

These guys purposely sent me the aluminum ones (in over supply) when I had requested chrome ones, which happen to be the ones that they sell for $30 (with s&h). Initially they were willing to send a postage paid mailer so I can send back the wrong pedals for replacement. But now they want me to send back the wrong pedals first but refused to send me the RMA (return merchadise authorization) #.

Awsker can you help us?

Well,I order 3 sets from them and they were the color that I order.

Maybe I am just lucky.

Well, I sent my set back because they sent me the wrong set. It costed me $6.82 because they wouldn't pay for the return shipping even though it was their mistake. So thus far, it costed me $30.82 and I paypaled them on the 05/03. It probably going to be another 2 weeks before they send me a new set if they even do sent it. So I don't think we should deal with SSchrome from now on. I think they need to be included in the bad seller list for their lack of customer service. What do other people think?

That makes me think they sent me the overabundant aluminum pedals on purpose, and would not admit their mistake. That's the part that irked me the most.
oldmanmax, you better have a tracking # on your package. They sent me a reply that RMA (return merch authorization) # is needed but would not include it in the e-mail.
