Man i totally missed the GD on the intakes that ended in may! Anyone else up for another GD if it is possible?

I doubt it would happen.....People still haven't received their intakes from the pervious GD.

 

Well i guess ill have to wait till the next one or if some people want to go in with me. If you guys spot another GD elsewhere please let me know if possible. Thanks.

Same here im down for one too, I missed the one before. I doubt we want to go with the same people the first gd went with, they still havent received theres. So if anyone got any other connects with these intakes help us out.

 

No one sells the intake besides Frankencar itself. The reason why nobody got their intakes is because they ordered the APEXI filter which is supposed to come in this Wednesday.

 

Are you guys generally looking to order the apex filter or the k&n?

 

Well I need the mid pipe,cause I got the Popcharger already.I call Frankercar last week,but no one pick up the phone. I was wondering if someone can check with Frankercar and see if he can setup another GD or maybe we can join the last GD seen they didn't get their yet?

I emailed Steve yesterday and this is what he told me:
We would be interested in having a group deal possibly in a few weeks.
Right now we are getting through the backlog of apexi orders because the
filters just came in and we would like to have more filters in stock before
we do anything. The terms of the group deal would most likely be similiar to
last time, 20+ people to get the best deal and 10 people to start the deal.
Please check back with me in the middle of july and we will have a definete
plans to start another group deal. Thanks.

So I guess it will be a bit longer before anything happens, but if you guys want we can try to get the 20+ people formed.

Thanks guy, the apexi filters finally came in yesterday after 4 months of waiting for them. i have more on the way which are supposed to be here soon also. Once i get these orders out and have a stock of apexi filters which should be in the next couple weeks we will officially start taking payments. I will forward the exact pricing and terms in a couple weeks also. I just don't want people waiting for intakes like last time so once we have apexi's in stock we will be good to go.

Umm, did you read the post above yours?

 

I posted up some info about our GD at some other forums so maybe some more people will help us get to our needed amount of people. Maybe Ill have to talk to some of the guys at work to see if they want to mod out there maxima; I guess it is a good way to meet the max ladies..........

SO FAR WE HAVE 7 who are dedicated to this... can anyone tell us how many we need, I have like 4 people from Boston who are craving for the frankencar intake with apexi. Frankencar is only 2 hours drive from my house... out in bondsville mass.. i should pay them a visit to see about the group deals....

 

The GD is a minimum of 10 people to start the deal which will give us some discount but if we get 20+ we get the sweet deal. Maximo, you should definately get those people in the GD so we can get the discount price. I dont know what you can do since you live close to the distributor, but I guess you can give it a shot and let us know.

 

How much is it with Apex'i filter and everything I need to replace the OEM airbox?

 

for a 2000-2003 with apexi filter and in silver it would be 175 if we got more then 20 people.

and we should have a stock of apexi filters soon, more midpipes done next week. so next week about this time we will post the final numbers and start taking payments again. Thanks again guys.

Hi everyone im new to the Maxima world. I just got my 99 Maxima
se-limited last month and I am anxious to start modding it. I guess you can count me in the group deal. This deal is for the polished aluminum intake with the apexi dry filter right?

 

Is this a GD for the full intake only or can we also get just the apexi filter with installation kit?

 

well they have intake kits for 95+ maximas, and from what I heard you can get any kit you want. the more people the more discount you will get off the intakes. From the last GD post, I saw 15 people = 15 bucks off the kits. this isnt bad, because on their site, the kit with the apexi filter is 135 plus 13 shipping. MOre people the merrier.

 

Yea, pretty much you can get the apex filter alone with the install kit or you can get the full thing which is the midpipe and the apex filter. But you dont need to get the apex filter if you dont like, some people perfer the k&n filter. So it is really up to you guys on what you want to get, but hop on the bus .

The apexi filters should be here soon. Just to recap on the pricing. For 10-19 people it will be $10 off the full intakes and $4 off the midpipe kits. For 20+ people it will be $15 off the full intake kits ,$7 off the midpipe kits and $5 off the Apexi Filter with install kit. The full intake kit discount will apply to k/n and apexi filter intake kits.
We will start taking payments next monday and will take payments until Monday 7-21-2003 and THEN we will start shipping the orders. IF there are any other questions please ask and i will start a new thread once we start taking payments.
