I am looking to get some cheap summer tires that have decent wet traction for all this rain we have been getting.

I was looking at the Kuhmo 712s. They are about $75 a piece from tirerack.
I need size 225/55/16
I am also open to other tires, I am looking to get the cheapest tire.

Try the Kumho 711's. I had the 712's, but now I have the 711's. IMO the are better and cheaper.
