Update. Fidanza is finally getting around to finishing production. My supplier should get them this week. With luck, I'll be able to start shipping before x-mass.

I send ya an E-mail few days ago- U said that my E-mail is a little deceiving- I'm Acura Transmission God if U remember, needed a flywheel for a 01 Max 5spd. Reason behind my E-mail addy name is- 90% of the time I'm installing a tranny into a TL or CL at work- I am a Acura technician- EX Nissan tech. So do you have a flywheel left ?? Also there are no check engine lights with these ? On a SR20 powered 95-up car Fidanza throws a crank angle sensor code, cause they didn't incorrporate the ring gear for the crank angle sensor. Just checking...

 

Ah that's who you are! No check engine line dude. These Fidanzas DON'T have the timing ring gear. But you take the stock one off your old one and bolt it on to this one. Big trouble if you don't do this! ie.. car won't start.

 

Aight thought soo ! On the SE-Rs the ring gear is not detachable. So how do we do this now ?? When would this be avalible for me to purchase ?

I'm trying to push the guy to send them. Sorry for the delay guys. I try to time it so I can alert and have them at some predictable point but this time there is a delay. Don't quite know how long. Alright cause I been shopping around and it seems like no one has this flywheel. I need to do my damn clutch.... kinda sucks I guess I have to wait.

PLEASE PLEASE tell me you are getting these in soon... I can't take it anymore i need one ASAP, my car is unbearable/undriveable with the OEM slipping clutch.

Looks like I'm in the same boat as some other people here, I need the flywheel so I can install it at the same time as my new clutch. Plus, the new clutch is needed to hold the power from the NX wet kit I bought back in September and have yet to install.

So, please let me know a.s.a.p. after they come in and I'll be quick with the cash.

whats the deal with these flywheels...have yet to hear an update....also just want to make sure they will fit a 98 Max, since you have written in your first post that they are for a I30.

 

Nope. I STILL don't have them. Fitment. They will fit any 5-sp VQ30 engine. So that includes the 95-99 maxima. 00-01 maxima and Infiniti I30

 

VERY BAD NEWS. I will just say that the 4-gen Fidanzas "might" be available soon. BUT NOT FROM ME. My source dried up.

I tried to keep this train running as long as I could but no longer. If can get more, I'll advise but as of right now, I CANNOT get these anymore.
