It would have been nice to know this a while ago. The thing that bugs me most is that he hasn't bothered to update us at all. If we don't know what's going on, of course we'll be pi$$ed!!

He got into a car accident, I'm one of his friends. He doesn't have access to internet access (duh!) YES! you will ALL have your money back. Since the day that he got screwed, don't exactly understand how that happened, he didn't go into it in detail, but he's been stressin out about figuring out ways to get you your money back. On top of that he got into a car accident a little while ago. After this one, don't expect updates, he said he has your information so ONE day you're just going to get your money (or maybe) he'll post. whatever. Inital $250 he had (which took FOREVER for him to come up with) had to be used in emergency. MY GOD! this all sounds like a bad dream. oh well. Either way, I know that's he thankful for all of your patience. He's working on it. I think we all know that the ARMY pays pretty good so I think you guys should be okei.

 

Yeah but don't you see why everyone is upset? CTI says "yeah man I"ll have your money out tomorrow"......... then NEVER does it. He then doesn't post again for another month. He constantly promises things and never does it. I'm sick of the bull**** run around he gives us.

 

though i'm not involved in this... cti's friend sounds sorta like cti... maybe its the same person... lol... i hope everything works out for both sides....

Alright guys I really want to get this guy. I called Paypal to see if there was anything they could do and basically she said no, since it was so long ago being in July. She encouraged everyone to go online and even though it has been over 30 days to still file a complaint. The bad news is that the worst that would happen would be CTI not beable to use their services again.

Guys what would the next step be?

Okay guys, I'm working with the Sentra board that this creep ripped off aswell. One guy said that if someone mailed him the money that we could get him with mail fraud, a felony and could get the government involved.

So how many of you guys did this jerk take for a ride, and how much was he charging ya'll? I'm just curious to see how much this guy is trying to get away with.

 

He only took payments by PayPal IIRC. On the Sentra board or maybe even here, himself or his "friend" was even nearly bragging about this fact saying there was no way he would have mail fraud issues as no one sent him payments in the mail. F'n b@stard...

 

Could we get the Better Businees Bureau involved? Or take him to a small claims court? I'll be sending out some emails to see if you can do anything.

CTI you need to post a list of everyone that you received a payment from and don't start with all the bull that you lost their names. You've asked us for the same info severals through out this whole thing. I honestly can't remember if I were in the top 5. I remember the list and I think I was like 7 or so. Just deliver on all your promises.

i actually saw what they made...they looked insane...when i made ours they looked pretty much like that...i didn't even get a chance to paint them...
