First off, if search worked, I'd check this out myself!!

In a nutshell, how do the H&Rs stack up against Eibachs as far as quality, ride quality, drop, etc.?

I have Eibachs and AGX's on my 97 Max currently. I was thinking of trying H&R and GR-2s on my 02 Max and was curious as to the difference in drop and ride all other things being equal.

If it sounds good, I may be in for the H&Rs. Thanks in advance for any constructive comments.

The following is posted in the FAQ section about various springs and what their respective "drop" is and how stiff the ride is compared to stock:

Inches (front/back)
Eibach 1.3, 1.0 (stiff)
H&R 1.4, 1.3 (near stock)
Progress 1.7, 1.5 (near stock)
Intrax 1.75 all around
Sprint 2.0 all around (stiff)
B&G 1.6, 1.6
Ground Controls adjustable (very stiff)
MaxSpeed 1.7, 1.4 (near stock)

My personal $.02 is that Eibach Pro-kit springs and H&R Sports are fairly similar. Others may disagree, but it's pretty subjective depending on what kind of ride you like.

Bottom line, both are quality springs and neither choice would be "wrong" in my opinion

So whats the word altimax? It seems like there may be 15+ people right now, maybe even more. I am glad I started this thread; however I hope we can get this deal going very soon.

Here's the deal guys

I was going to run this GD for one week, but since the org will be down thru Monday I'll extend it thru the following Wednesday (Sept 10th). We need at least 10 people to get the deal of $185 shipped. If you're going to pay by PayPal you need to include the 2.9% Paypal fee + .30. You can also pay by money order but you need to e-mail me so that I can send you the address. If you're going to Paypal you can send payment to: chibueze.chikere@verizon.net. When the deadline has been reached, and the orders shipped all orders will be placed, and I will e-mail everyone a tracking number for their order. If you have any questions feel fre to e-mail me: chibueze.chikere@verizon.net

Guys can you please post if your are planning to get in on this group deal. Altimax says that nobody has sent paypal or money orders yet. He need 10 people. $161 + shipping seems like a very good price in my opinion.
