They use 3M adhesive and 100% UV protectant polyurethane clear coat (rather than epoxy) and comes with lifetime warranty against discoloration, fading etc. Quality is similar to B&I, but pricing is much more favorable.

Discount pricing is $160 for real wood or real cf.
$150 for synthetic.
Add $10 shipping to anywhere within US.
10% off Gauge Bezel, Door Panel Kit (4 pcs), Exterior Trim (11pcs)

Is it $233 for the 9pc molded for 2000-01 in carbon fiber. Do we have to call them for this GD or go through you.

Are you referring to AAA Exotic Wood?

I just got my blue kevlar/carbonfiber trim kit today from AAA Exotic Wood and it looks awesome. I will install it and try to post some pictures this week . It's been cloudy and raining these few days so I'm unsure if the pics will do any justice.

No I am talking about the Joshua Tree one since AAA doesn't have a molded kit.

I've heard mixed reviews with Joshua Tree dashkits.
I believe B&I trim sells molded kits (www.bitrim.com)

Not for the Maxima. Two companies make molded dash kits Joshua Tree which uses black CF and Woodview which use Syntheic CF. I want the Joshua Tree Been wanting it for some time now I don't like the look of the flat kits even though I could get Blue CF. TXMAX do I have to call Joshua Tree myself for this GD?

Myown,
After the change to the new board, and the posting of other companies, im not sure who all is still interested.

We had only needed about 2 more people to make the group purchase minimum of 12 orders but not i dont know whos still in.

If all your interested in is the molded dash, then just call in.
They molded dash prices are the same regardless of group purchase and they currently have a 30% sale i think.

Someone mentioned that they called and spoke to a woman who gave them a bit more of a savings. Check back on the first page i think they mentioned her name.

John, thats quite a difference between $236 and $307. I dont think Joshua Tree has a 36 piece kit though. Anyway, check on both sites for the better deal is all i can say.

And again, i dont know whos still in so if your interested in the Joshua Tree group purchase please post again.

I'm waiting for some electronics (TV, DVD, Laser Shifter, Radar Detector hardwired) to be installed on Friday before I apply the dash kit. I don't want any damages/scratches to happen while the installer rips apart my center console if you know what I mean.

I'll post up pic later tonite. Lighting will be a lil ghetto.

pics of my Blue Kevlar + Black Carbonfiber Trimkit
Lighting is horrible, but this gives you somewhat of an idea on AAA Exotic Wood's production quality. I'm very satisfied with the overall quality and finish of their product It is every bit comparable to B&I trim (which we normally sell at the shop).

I will install the kit and take better pictures (in the sunlight) once my installer is done with working on the electronic stuff behind center console.

Quote: Ive ordered from Joshua tree and the kit looks great but I paid to much. I also had a problem with one of the pieces and they do not replace them for free as im pretty sure the warrenty says as long as you own the car. But I found a place in Brooklyn who has much better prices. I went there and they were able to match my kit perfect and they also do custom finishes also. check them out.

If there is enough interest im sure they will give a discount.
HAHA I hate to bring up such an old post, but I've dealt with AlkaPlus and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. They are awful. Spilled glue all over my center console and the trim fit awful.
