Hey N34JZ, how long does it usually take for package to arrive? It's been 10 days now w/out the product.

 

I shipped them wensday night, so ups probably didnt pick them up till thursday morning, so you should get them soon. Ill try and find out whats up.

 

I justed called up UPS, the sheet with the tracking numbers was destroyed in the wash but Im going down to Staples tommorow morning to get a copy then Ill see whats going on with your package, the guy at ups told me it should have been dropped off yesterday. But like I said Im gonna check first thing tommorow, then Ill get in touch with you. or if you want give me a call 631-445-1587


sorry about this and if the package ends up lost or whatever Ive got another kit here and Ill send it right out with some extras to make up for the problem.

Ok just let me know. I was hoping I could use the products this weekend but I can wait another week. Not a biggie.

 

I found out what happened two packages were damaged (some of the stuff leaked out and wet the box so they returned them back to where I shipped them from) I picked them up and have already fixed the empty bottles with new ones and the messed up labels that couldnt be read from being wet, I swapped those out too (some labels are a bit smeared but you can read the directions) plus I threw in some extra stuff, for having you wait longer than you should because ups messed up. I have to file a claim tommorow and Im assuming they will have someone come and look at the stuff, so Im gonna ask them if its alright to send the stuff thats ok back to you two guys.

Im really sorry about this, hopefully ups doesnt give me the run around tommorow and I can get them back on the way to you guys.

 

...and when you decide to get another GD together, let me know Jay. This sounds like a LOT easier product to use than Zaino or Mother's (which I've used both of with decent results). And I'm always down for nu stuff!

 

well I had another kit but I had to use some of the stuff to replace in the two damaged packages. but if I do it again ill let you know. I can make a kit but if Im not buying six it will be alittle more money.

I received the package today; finally Thanks for the extra item. Only problem is, there's no label for it! It's a 16 oz bottle. Do you remember what you gave me extra of?

 

yep its wax, the same as the one with the label on it.

Hey, can you briefly tell me the directions for total Tire & Rim Cleaner ( 22 oz. )? Label has been peeled off. Is it basically, spray, leave it on few min, scrub, and rinse?

 

yeah you shouldnt have to scrub it, just wipe it down with a rag if it doesnt just rinse off
