How much is it to install the modules for the roll windows up and down for the front? Are you planning to have any other GDs on other responder alarms like the Viper 591XV? Im in highschool so im poor . Thanks.

JeEvE...I can do other GDs if the interest is there, but you want an alarm or a remote start? The 591 is a Responder remote start, not an alarm.

Oh Don, I need some help doing the blue LED conversion on the front driver side panel .. I tried and it's completely FUBAR'd so I took the circuit board out

Don... do you have the 1-way remotes out for the 791 yet? Also I need to setup some time to get my headunit, those hex's and an amp installed.

 

Opps, I thought it had an alarm also. I just need an alarm better than stock, maybe something like the Viper 690XV or any of the other Viper security systems. I dont know which one I want, I just want a good alarm that lets me roll the front windows up and down and opens the trunk. I have a 5spd so you wouldnt install the remote start, if I get the remote start done somewhere else do I still have my warranty?

 

If I do the alarm and someone else that is Not a DEI dealer adds the remote start then no warranty would not still cover you....

Windows are $150 installed for up/down and one touch controls.

How much would it be just to get remote start on my stock maxima alarm. Its an auto. I just need the cheapest possible cuz im a poor studfent and I just need the remote start to warm up my car since its getting cold. Thanks..

 

Email me. But to be honest the remote start will only work within the range of your stock remote. If you have bad or short range now, it will be the same way for the remote start. Also you will either have to turn off your car to open with the keyless or use the key to open the doors. Better off just getting a remote start With keyless entry.

Hmm I dont know about getting a new keyless system. I mean if I do get one It would def have to be less then $400 you know what I mean?

The range on the stock remote is fine though. I just want to be able to start it from my window which is in range because I can always lock my car from the apartment. But are you saying that once I remote start the car, I will not be able to open the doors with the remote? There is no way around that?

Hey Don, I noticed you haven't replied in this thread in a few days but I got a question for you when/if you do ever look again.

I've had the older model alarm (I think 790VX) for over a year now and the remote on it is pretty beat up. Will the new 791 remotes still work with my alarm? do you sell just the remotes alone? if so, how much? if not, do you know where I can find them? BTW, I talking about the 2-way remotes.
