Well it was us that had it on special some time ago without a bulk buy.
And it is a good price considering the rising cost of materials. We also
have an extra 10% discount (this makes the kit $450.00) if 10 orders
come together, but it is usually hard to get 10 persons to decide to go
for the bulk buy, and have the money at the same time.Some say that they want it,but they need 3-4 weeks to get the money and so on.
But if anybody thinks that he/she can get 10 orders , $450.00 is the
price, start working and good luck.Remember these are MADE IN USA
quality kits,no bad Chinese copies that need a lot of $$ to make them
fit.All look the same in the pictures unfortunately.

No, we only manufacture it in fiberglass.Urethane can't withstand the heat
and it will lose its shape. Especially these new soft and gummy kits
that somebody produces in a very cheap way.But don't take my word,
try to find some local access. shops that might have a urethane bumper
in stock, and take a look how it is before even getting out in the sun.
Like all products,there are some better urethane kits,that require more
expensive machinery,tooling and materials. For example there are kits
that cost more than $1000.00 retail, because more money went into
R&D. Ultimately if you can get in writing lifetime warranty against
warping ( and not from a dot com company that changes names every
month, and of course their warranty means nothing) but from an actual
store that has an address and is in business for at least a couple of years, then you should feel ok. But it is strange (don't you think),that
99% 0f the magazine ads, and internet and e-bay sales, have just a
number. You have no idea who they are,where they are, but you trust
them with your money.Think about it...........
