You used the correct link. Your intake in black color with Apexi is regularly $200 before shipping, so you got the group deal price at $190 before shipping.

The silver finish ones are $180 before shipping for gd price, which is what I think 2k1seae was referring to. The painted ones are $10 more than the silver ones.

My personal feeling is they took all our cash and THEN ordered stuff to complete the orders...so they wouldn't have to stock inventory up front out of their own pockets.

Is there any other reason for the delays, ignored emails and phone calls, and B.S. from them? I think not.

I'm about fed up with this. I didn't give Frankencar an interest free loan so they can keep their inventory costs down. This hasn't been worth a $10 or $15 discount.

If I haven't heard from them by Wednesday, I'm filing a fraud complaint with PayPal.

I second that idea.... Either a personal email from them directly to me, giving me the status of my order, or I file a complaint as well. No more "we'll just post on this board a generic answer" crap, they need to respond to each buyer individually.

He told me Steve should've posted saying that they are shipping tomorrow. I said there was a vague post about shipping early this week. He also told me that he was just about to go and package everything up for us to ship TOMORROW. I asked him if all the MAF adapters got in and he said yes so I left it at that... I just got off the phone with Scott, and he said that there were 2 silver midpipe orders that could not be sent because of the shortage of silver midpipes. He will be calling me back within 45 minutes, as he said, to let me know if I am one of those people (looslip and someone else, apparently). He said Steve has the tracking info, and that if he can reach Steve, he will get it for me. I don't get it though, if mine was sent out, I should technically have gotten an email about it..

Dunno how long it will take, but I think USPS is no more than 3-5 days. The tracking number won't work yet on their website, probably hasn't gotten into their system yet. I'll check tomorrow, don't know if USPS puts an estimated delivery date on their tracking page like FedEx and UPS do.

Also, I noticed the $25 off the catback exhaust they're offering... is this another custom Maxima thing? I'm kinda wary about dealing with these guys again, even though we did EVENTUALLY get our stuff... anyone know about this exhaust, what the specs/features are?

Well, I talked to Scott again and he confirmed with Steve that I was the other unlucky buyer who is not going to get the color that I wanted. In other words, looslip's and my intakes have not been shipped, so everyone else should have their confirmations in their emails. On the upside, there may be a gunmetal or two left, so when Scott gets back to me (should be within 10 minutes) I should have a gunmetal ready to ship tommorow.

If you do talk to him can you please tell him to ship me a gunmetal as well? I did reply to their email but I'm not sure if they check it.
