Sorry for the delay.. My back went out and that threw me off course on a few things.. I got some initial prices fom him and the bad news is, doesn't look like these local guys can compete with big internet stores like tirerack.
From the whole list there were only 2 cheap ones:

Michelin Pilot Sport 225/40/18 $203
Wan Li 225/40/18 $98.50 (No name brand but someone asked for cheapest in that size.)

There's more that he hasn't gotten me yet but doesn't look promising.. Sorry to get everyone's hopes up.
