That's no issue at all. The coilovers will most likely go farther down than you want to go. Marco has his about where you discribe and they are roughly halfway down the threads in front and about 3/4 in the rear. He started out with the rear perch 15 threads from the bottom and the back wheels were tucked -- too low.

Marco changed over from GCs too. See what his opinion is about the difference.

One more day on sale for $1075...

i am marco....POLO!!!!!!!!
no pics of them "slammed" but i will back brian up. my stance on the gc's is tires even with the fender. that's about 3/4 of the way down on the GC's. to get the same stance on the cattman's, i only lowered it 1/4 of the way. what did that tell me...these go LOWWWWWWWW. so i lowered it to about 3/4 of the way down. yeah, the jack got stuck, about 1" tire tuck, and that's being kind. i say there was much more tuck, (close to 1.5")

my review is on this thread.....

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=258787

am i happy....VERY
and i already sold my gc/agx combo.

rob, little tip, if you got rid of your 5th gen upper strut mount(using 4th gens fo the agx's??) you can still use the 4th gen mounts for the cattman's, since he sells them as 1 set for 95-2k3, so instead of using the 2k-2k3 parts for the front upper mount, stick to the 95-99 instructions and you should be fine. the only difference is a spacer that is ~1/2" long (2k-2k3) and ~1" long (95-99).

I'm going to give Brian a call after work. I think I'm going to do this thing. I'm curious to compare this ride setup with my Koni/H&R's (I have the Motivational Engineering shortened front struts and rear mount). My current setup is pretty darn comfy, but I wish I could raise and lower the car. I'll keep you guys updated if I decide to order these puppies.

Damn thats better then what I paid, and I had to wait for the correct parts, and ALL the 'oversights' to be taken care off.
